Celina Jaitly Files Complaint Against Austrian Husband Over Alleged Domestic Violence

MUMBAI: Bollywood actress Celina Jaitly has filed a complaint against her Austrian husband, Peter Haag, amid serious allegations of domestic violence, harassment, and criminal intimidation.
According to reports, an investigation has also led authorities to issue a Look Out Circular (LOC) against Peter Haag due to alleged non-cooperation during the inquiry. The case has intensified after he reportedly failed to assist investigators.
The complaint includes accusations of domestic violence, physical assault, repeated harassment, and criminal threats. Following the allegations, criminal proceedings have been initiated alongside a case under India’s Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
Officials stated that the matter is being treated seriously due to the nature of the allegations and the lack of cooperation from the accused during the investigation process.
Celina Jaitly married Austrian businessman and hotelier Peter Haag in 2010. The couple has twin sons born in 2012, and another set of twins born in 2017. However, one of their children reportedly passed away due to a heart condition.
In November 2025, Jaitly had formally filed a domestic violence complaint against her husband, alleging prolonged abuse and mistreatment. The case remains under investigation.
