Supreme Court to Hear Suspension of Sentence Pleas of Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha on May 12

Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan will hear the petitions seeking suspension of sentences of Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha on May 12.
According to Express News, a three-member bench of the Supreme Court will take up the case, headed by Justice Shahid Waheed. The bench also includes Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Justice Shafi Siddiqui.
The accused have challenged the interim order issued by the Islamabad High Court in the Supreme Court.
Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha had previously filed petitions seeking suspension of their sentences, which are now scheduled for hearing before the apex court.
The matter will be heard by the bench in Islamabad on May 12.
