PTI Leader Chaudhry Akhtar Mayo Joins PML-N, Expresses Confidence in Party Leadership

LAHORE: A local leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Chaudhry Akhtar Mayo, has joined the Pakistan Muslim League-N, marking a shift in political allegiance.
Chaudhry Akhtar Mayo, who hails from PP-154 constituency’s village Lillahpur, formally announced his decision during a joining ceremony presided over by Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Speaker of the National Assembly.
Speaking on the occasion, he expressed full confidence in the leadership of Nawaz Sharif, Shehbaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz, and Sardar Ayaz Sadiq.
He stated that he would work alongside the PML-N leadership to serve the public and contribute to development efforts in his constituency.
The development reflects ongoing political realignments ahead of future electoral activities in the province.
