Rain Forecast for Northern Areas as Partly Cloudy Weather Expected in Islamabad

Islamabad — The Pakistan Meteorological Department has forecast partly cloudy conditions in Islamabad over the next 24 hours, along with chances of rain in several parts of the country.

According to the Met Office, rain is expected at isolated locations in upper regions including Dir, Chitral, Swat, and Malam Jabba. Similar conditions are likely in Kohistan, Abbottabad, and Mansehra, while showers are also forecast in Bajaur, Khyber, Kohat, Parachinar, and Waziristan. Other areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are expected to experience partly cloudy weather.

In Balochistan, rainfall is predicted in Quetta, Zhob, Ziarat, Chaman, and Sherani, with scattered showers also possible in Qila Abdullah and Qila Saifullah. However, most districts in the province are expected to remain dry.

Across Punjab, hot and dry weather is likely to prevail in most districts, although light rain may occur in Murree and the Galiyat region. Dusty winds are expected in southern Punjab.

Sindh is forecast to remain hot and dry, with partly cloudy conditions expected in southern districts.
