Houthi Attack on Makkah Would Be Considered an Attack on the Entire Muslim World; The Muslim Ummah Will Respond with Full Force: Fazlur Rehman
ISLAMABAD (Qudrat Daily) – Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said that a Houthi attack on Makkah Mukarramah would be considered an attack on the entire Muslim world, and that the attack on Saudi Arabia has once again exposed the double standards of America and the Western world.
He said that Makkah Mukarramah is not just a city but the center of the faith of billions of Muslims. The Muslim Ummah will give a full response to this attack and will ensure the protection of Saudi Arabia.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman urged Muslim countries to play a leading role in the protection of Saudi Arabia and the Haram of Makkah in this difficult time, while Pakistan should immediately announce a clear policy regarding the protection of Makkah Mukarramah.
Emphasizing the need for the establishment of an effective Islamic bloc, he said that millions of workers of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam share in the sorrow and pain of the attack on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
