CTD Kills 4 Terrorists in Dera Ghazi Khan Operation, Several Escape

The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) carried out a successful operation in Dera Ghazi Khan, killing **four terrorists** linked to Fitna al-Khawarij, while several others managed to escape, officials said.
According to CTD spokespersons, the department received intelligence that approximately **15 terrorists** were present near the border village of Jotur, planning attacks on police and other security agencies. CTD teams moved swiftly to the area based on this information.
Upon reaching the location, the terrorists opened fire on the CTD personnel, prompting a **gunfight**. During the exchange, **four terrorists were killed** while **11 managed to flee**.
Authorities recovered **rifles, ammunition, explosives, and other explosive materials** from the slain terrorists. Officials confirmed that the group had been planning attacks on law enforcement and security installations.
The CTD said that **identification of the killed terrorists is underway**, and search operations have been launched to apprehend the fugitives. Teams are conducting raids at various locations to track down the remaining suspects.
