Modern Local Buses Introduced in Quetta Following Green Bus Project, 2022-Model Coasters Launched

**Islamabad (Qudrat Daily):** In a move to improve public transport in **Quetta**, modern **2022-model coaster buses** have been introduced, following the successful Green Bus initiative. The new buses are expected to enhance local travel facilities and provide safer, more comfortable commuting for citizens.

On the occasion, **Secretary Regional Transport Authority (RTA) Muhammad Ali Durani** issued route permits to the relevant transport operator on the same day, with the official fee of **PKR 2,500** deposited into the national treasury.

The ceremony was attended by the transport operator, **SP City Shabana Habib**, officers from the transport department, and other officials. Authorities said the addition of modern coasters will not only improve travel services but also ensure better traffic management and passenger safety in the city.

Secretary RTA Muhammad Ali Durani stated that the **Balochistan government is ready to provide full support to local transporters** who introduce new buses in the city, aiming to deliver **high-quality, secure, and comfortable travel facilities** to the public.
