Agreements on Balochistan Government Were Finalized in Islamabad: Governor Jafar Khan Mandokhail

QUETTA:Governor of Balochistan, Jafar Khan Mandokhail, has stated that the agreements regarding the formation of the provincial government in Balochistan were finalized in Islamabad. He emphasized that the provincial government still has a long way to go in improving its performance.

Speaking to media representatives after the conclusion of the 43rd Mid-Career Management Course at the National Institute of Public Administration, Governor Mandokhail addressed a range of governance and administrative issues.

He dismissed rumors of cabinet reshuffles, stating that such speculations are being spread to influence the upcoming budget. “There is no truth to the talk of ministerial changes,” he said.

The governor stressed the need to modernize the public administration system in the province and called on the bureaucracy to enhance its capabilities. “Officers must have the courage to call out wrongdoing,” he said, adding that civil servants must show resilience while handling challenges.

He underlined that the bureaucracy must play a proactive role in improving service delivery and ensuring better governance across the province.
