Quetta: Senior Provincial Vice President of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Balochistan and Provincial Minister for Agriculture and Cooperatives, Mir Ali Hassan Zahri, has strongly condemned the simultaneous terrorist attacks carried out in several cities of Balochistan, including Quetta, Noshki, Mastung, Kalat, Kharan, Gwadar, and Pasni.
In his condemnation statement, Mir Ali Hassan Zahri said that these cowardly and heinous acts by India-backed “Fitna-e-Hindustan” terrorists are a failed attempt to sabotage Pakistan’s peace, security, sovereignty, and journey toward development. He asserted that such designs would never be allowed to succeed.
He said that attacks targeting government installations and areas near the red zone in Quetta and other cities clearly reflect the panic and defeat of the enemy. He praised the brave security forces for their professionalism, courage, and timely action, stating that their effective response forced the terrorists to retreat, prevented major loss of life, and boosted national morale.
The provincial minister said that the entire nation stands united with the Pakistan Army, Frontier Corps (FC), police, Levies, and other law enforcement agencies, adding that the struggle against the menace of terrorism will continue uninterrupted until its complete elimination.
Mir Ali Hassan Zahri said hostile forces want to spread chaos and instability in Balochistan to halt the province’s progress, prosperity, and stability, but the conscious people of Balochistan have always foiled such conspiracies and will continue to do so in the future. He emphasized that those who spread fear and terror through violence have no connection with religion or humanity and are enemies of both the state and society, with no place on Pakistani soil.
He further stated that the Balochistan government is utilizing all available resources to ensure the protection of life and property, maintain law and order, and uphold the rule of law, while extending full support to security institutions.
Stressing the need for national unity, brotherhood, and solidarity in the current situation, he said that the people of Balochistan are champions of peace, tolerance, and national harmony and will never allow anti-state elements to succeed in their nefarious objectives.
The provincial minister expressed heartfelt condolences and sympathy with the families of the martyrs and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured, saying that the nation will never forget the sacrifices of its martyrs, which have paved the way toward a safer and stronger Pakistan.
