Nadia Khan Shares Humorous Tip for Husbands to Help Their Wives Lose Weight

Islamabad (Qudrat Daily) — Popular television host and actress Nadia Khan has offered a humorous yet clever tip for husbands concerned about their wives’ weight gain, sparking widespread amusement and discussion.
Known for her witty and bold opinions, Nadia Khan shared the advice during a recent morning show. She suggested that husbands should avoid directly criticizing their wives about weight. Instead, they should pretend **they themselves** are gaining weight and ask their wives to give them less food at night.
According to Nadia, the moment a husband says he feels overweight or is looking out of shape, most wives immediately respond, “No, I am the one who is getting fat — you’re perfectly fine. I need to lose weight.”
Laughing, Nadia added that within a few days, wives who consider themselves “overweight” will start taking their weight loss seriously. She claimed to have successfully used this strategy in her own home, saying that her regular gym routine eventually motivated her entire household to start exercising.
Nadia also addressed husbands who openly call their wives “fat,” saying such behavior shows negligence, not love. “Those husbands who keep saying their wife is fat must understand they are indirectly wishing for her to die early,” she remarked.
Highlighting the serious health risks associated with obesity, she warned that excessive weight can lead to diabetes, kidney issues, and heart diseases.
