Former BSO Chairman Zubair Baloch Killed, Organization Blames State Repression
Quetta:The central spokesperson of the Baloch Students Organization (BSO) has condemned the killing of former BSO Pajjar chairman Zubair Baloch, calling it the outcome of state repression.
The spokesperson alleged that the state is silencing peaceful political voices through unconstitutional tactics, with enforced disappearances and extrajudicial killings of Baloch activists becoming routine.
BSO stated that Zubair Baloch was a democratic and peaceful political activist who played a significant role in raising political awareness among Baloch youth, advocating student rights, and campaigning for the recovery of missing persons.
The organization termed his killing a reflection of growing state brutality in Balochistan and a stain on the country’s democratic traditions. BSO demanded a transparent investigation and strict punishment for those responsible, adding that Zubair Baloch’s sacrifice would be remembered as an unforgettable chapter of resistance in Baloch political history.
