Lahore High Court Dismisses Petition Against Disqualification of Former MPA Ahmad Khan Bhachar

Lahore: The Lahore High Court has announced its verdict on the petition filed against the disqualification of former Member of the Provincial Assembly (MPA), Ahmad Khan Bhachar.

According to *Express News*, the court declared the petition inadmissible and dismissed it. Justice Khalid Ishaq issued a 10-page judgment stating that the petitioner is a convicted individual and has been declared a proclaimed offender.

The court ruled that unless the petitioner surrenders and is taken into custody, the petition cannot be entertained. The judgment clearly stated that the petitioner must first surrender before the court to proceed further.
