Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sends Legal Notice to Governor Over Defamation

Peshawar: The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has sent a legal notice to the Governor over allegations of defamation. According to Express News, Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has through his lawyer issued a defamation notice to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi.
Ali Amin Gandapur stated that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor had claimed on a TV program that “Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur had signed on the document of Operation Azm Strengthening in the apex committee meeting.”
Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has sent a defamation notice to Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa based on unfounded allegations, demanding a public apology and readiness to pay a penalty of 1 billion rupees.
