Election Commission Issues Notification for Mishal Yousafzai’s Appointment as Senator

Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan has officially issued a notification confirming Mishal Yousafzai’s election to the Senate. She has been elected to a women’s seat from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, filling the vacancy left by Senator Sania Nishtar.
According to the notification, Mishal Yousafzai’s term as Senator will continue until March 11, 2027. She is expected to take the oath of office in the upcoming session of the Senate. The Election Commission has formally informed the Senate Secretariat regarding her appointment.
