Ayaz Jogezai Condemns Illegal Allotment of Ziarat Juniper Forest Land, Protest Postponed

Quetta:Central Secretary of the **Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP)**, **Nawab Muhammad Ayaz Khan Jogezai**, has strongly condemned the **unconstitutional and illegal allotment** of **177,000 acres** of **Ziarat’s rare and valuable juniper forests**.

In an official statement, Jogezai announced that the **planned protest demonstration** scheduled for **July 18** against the allotment has been **postponed**, with a **new date to be announced later**.

He added that before any further action, a **people’s jirga (tribal council)** will be held in **Ziarat district**, where representatives of the local communities will discuss the matter in detail and determine a **strategic course of action** to oppose the illegal allotment.

Jogezai reiterated that **PkMAP will not allow the exploitation of Ziarat’s natural heritage**, and any encroachment on indigenous lands and resources would be firmly resisted through democratic and constitutional means.
