Governor KP Warns Imran Khan’s Sons: ‘If They Break the Law, They Will Be Arrested

Peshawar: Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi, has responded to reports about Imran Khan’s sons—Qasim and Suleman—planning to visit Pakistan, saying that no one is above the law, regardless of their nationality.
Speaking to the media in Peshawar, the governor stated, “If the sons of PTI’s founder take the law into their own hands in Pakistan, they will be arrested.” He further emphasized that just as British law applies to Pakistani citizens in the UK, Pakistani law applies to British citizens on Pakistani soil.
Kundi underscored the importance of peaceful protests within the framework of the Constitution and the law, adding, “It is everyone’s democratic right to protest, but no one will be allowed to act outside the law.”
This statement comes after PTI leader Naeem Panjutha revealed on Geo News’ program “Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada Kay Sath” that Imran Khan’s sons would be coming to Pakistan to show solidarity with their father, who remains imprisoned. He also mentioned that Imran Khan’s sisters would participate in the movement, but that PTI officeholders would lead the campaign.
