Married Woman and Lover Arrested After Robbing Her Own Home, Gold and Cash Recovered

Lahore: A married woman who staged a robbery at her own house and fled with her lover has been arrested, police confirmed.
According to a police spokesperson, the Mobile Squad at Babu Sabu intercepted a suspicious couple traveling on public transport. Upon investigation, it was revealed that the woman had fled from Mianwali after committing a robbery at her own home with the help of her lover.
DSP Mubashir Awan stated that the woman, who is married, conspired with her lover to steal from her family. Both suspects are residents of Mianwali. Authorities recovered 3 tolas of gold jewelry and Rs. 600,000 in cash from their possession.
A case had already been registered against the woman, Misbah, and her partner, Shehzad, at Musa Khel Police Station in Mianwali. The Mianwali police have been informed of the arrest, and both suspects have been handed over to Sherakot Police Station for further legal action.
