Islamabad High Court Grants Fawad Chaudhry Permission to Travel Abroad for Two Weeks

Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court has granted permission to Fawad Chaudhry to travel abroad for two weeks. Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court, Justice Aamer Farooq, heard the application regarding Fawad Chaudhry’s request to leave the country. The Islamabad High Court has allowed Fawad Chaudhry to travel abroad from August 10 to August 24. The Deputy Attorney General had requested time from the court to submit a response.
Earlier, on July 5, the Islamabad High Court had conducted a hearing on the request to remove Fawad Chaudhry’s name from the Exit Control List, and had asked for a personal appearance by a representative from the Ministry of Interior by July 9.
