Peshawar High Court Extends Imran Khan’s Protective Bail Until January 16

Peshawar:The **Peshawar High Court** has extended the protective bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman **Imran Khan** until **January 16**, providing him with further legal relief. The extension came during the hearing of a case related to the **protective bail** and the details of various cases filed against his wife, **Bushra Bibi**.

The case was heard by a two-member bench headed by **Justice Sahibzada Asadullah**, where the **Deputy Attorney General** and **Special Deputy Prosecutor General NAB** appeared in court.

During the proceedings, the court accepted **Bushra Bibi’s** request for immunity and directed the authorities to provide the details of the cases filed against her. The court then adjourned the hearing for further proceedings.

It is important to note that on **December 3**, the Peshawar High Court had granted **Bushra Bibi** a protective bail for **27 cases**, which was extended until **December 23**, directing her to approach the relevant courts for further proceedings.
