In Quetta, the heavy rain and hailstorm led to the tripping of 16 power feeders, leaving several areas without electricity.

In northern Balochistan, especially in areas bordering Afghanistan such as Chaman, Qila Abdullah, Gulistan, Shelabagh, and Toba Kakri, the rain has been torrential, causing flooding in low-lying areas. Similarly, heavy rain has been reported in Qalat and surrounding areas, increasing the intensity of the cold. The rain has also been accompanied by hailstorms, further adding to the chill.
In Mastung and Sibi, the first winter rains have sharply dropped temperatures, leaving people struggling with gas and power shortages.
