Conspiracy Against Pakistan Through Artificial Intelligence, Claims Balochistan CM
Quetta: The Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti, has alleged that a well-organized conspiracy is being orchestrated against Pakistan using Artificial Intelligence (AI) from foreign countries. Addressing a ceremony at the Girls College in Quetta, where he distributed scooters to students, Bugti stated that social media platforms were being used to spread misinformation against Pakistan, and it is the responsibility of students to counter this “false propaganda.”
He emphasized that without the active involvement of students and the younger generation, it would not be possible to confront such challenges. “The new generation must play its part in halting this spread of lies,” said the CM.
Bugti also highlighted that the provincial government is currently conducting merit-based recruitment and promised that these efforts would contribute to the elimination of corruption in the province. He further assured that the development of Balochistan would continue as the government works together with the people to push the province forward.
Referring to the distribution of scooters, Bugti expressed his satisfaction in fulfilling his promise to the students within a week, and added that this initiative would not stop here, with plans to extend it to other colleges. Additionally, a new block at the college is being named after Madam Nazima Tahir in honor of her contributions.
The CM also underlined the importance of women in society, stating, “A society cannot progress unless women play a positive role in it.” He highlighted the fact that five women are currently serving as Deputy Commissioners (DCs) in the province, a testament to the increasing role of women in Balochistan’s development.
Earlier in the ceremony, CM Bugti distributed pink scooters to 45 female students of the college. The event was attended by Provincial Minister for Education Rahela Durrani, provincial ministers, the Chief Secretary, and other officials.
