FBR extends working hours at major tax offices

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has extended working hours at all major tax offices nationwide, directing them to remain open until 8 pm on Saturday, October 31.

As per the report from official sources, the extended hours will apply to Large Taxpayer Offices (LTOs), Corporate Tax Offices (CTOs), and Regional Tax Offices (RTOs).

The FBR has instructed all relevant offices to continue operations until 8 pm to facilitate taxpayers.

Moreover, banks have been directed to keep their branches open as long as needed to complete special clearance arrangements.

The FBR has issued a notification confirming the extended working hours for Saturday.
