Balochistan High Court Orders All MDCAT 2026 Question Papers to Be Uploaded on Official Website Within Three Days

QUETTA (Daily Qudrat): A two-member bench of the Balochistan High Court, comprising Justice Muhammad Aamer Nawaz Rana and Justice Abdul Qayyum Lehri, accepting constitutional petition No. 1479 of 2026 filed by candidates who appeared in MDCAT 2026 held for admissions to medical colleges, has ordered the Bolan University of Medical and Health Sciences to upload all MDCAT question papers on the university’s official website within three days to ensure transparency of the examination. The constitutional petition was pursued on behalf of the petitioners by advocates Naseebullah Tareen and Dost Muhammad Mandokhail.
