Political Revenge Cannot Break Our Resolve; We Stand Firm on Imran Khan’s Ideology: Aon Abbas Buppi

ISLAMABAD (Qudrat Daily) — Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Senator Aon Abbas Buppi has said that the price of commitment to Imran Khan’s ideology and raising the voice of truth is being exacted in the form of political revenge; however, repression, pressure, and retaliatory decisions cannot break their resolve.

In a statement on X, Aon Abbas Buppi said that the imposition of a Rs3 million fine on Opposition Leader in the Punjab Assembly Moeen Riaz Qureshi, following the incident involving Sohail Afridi a week earlier, is also a link in this same chain of revenge. They stand firm for Imran Khan’s ideology, the supremacy of the Constitution and law, and their rights, and will neither bow down nor retreat.

In another statement, Senator Aon Abbas Buppi condemned the incident in Multan in which an orphan child was crushed to death under a vehicle, saying that this incident is a slap on the face of humanity. Such individuals should be given an exemplary punishment in accordance with the law. He said that this is not merely a murder but a test of society’s conscience. The state must ensure strict accountability so that in the future no weak and helpless person can become a target of a tyrant’s cruelty.
