Lahore High Court Dismisses Female Civil Judge for Misconduct and Indiscipline
LAHORE:The Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court has taken action against a female civil judge for alleged misconduct and violation of discipline, resulting in her dismissal from service.
According to an official notification, Civil Judge Zill-e-Huma was dismissed for disciplinary violations and continued absence from duty.
The notification stated that the civil judge remained continuously absent after her deputation from the Supreme Court came to an end.
She was given an opportunity to explain her position and respond to a show-cause notice. However, according to the notification, she failed to submit a response.
The Lahore High Court subsequently proceeded with disciplinary action and terminated her services over the alleged misconduct and breach of discipline.
