Government Changes Prices of Petroleum Products

Islamabad (Qudrat Daily) – OGRA has announced a change in the prices of petroleum products. According to a notification issued by the Petroleum Division, the price of petrol has been increased by Rs 1.19, while the price of diesel has been reduced by Rs 1.91 per litre.
The new price of petrol has been fixed at Rs 394.83 and the price of high-speed diesel at Rs 395.85.
The new prices will take effect from 12 midnight tonight. Similarly, after improved crude oil supplies from the Middle East, prices fell in the global market.
In the international market, Brent crude fell below $100 per barrel, US crude was seen trading at $88, and Emirati Murban at $109 per barrel after a $2 decrease. Saudi oil company Aramco has announced a discount of $5 per barrel on November deals for Asian buyers, bringing the price of Saudi oil for Asia to its lowest level in 6 years.
