Launch of Jinnah Peoples Train Is an Important Step Toward Improving Travel Facilities: Kiran Baloch
Government of Balochistan is taking priority measures to provide basic facilities to the people
Quetta (Daily Qudrat Quetta) — Chairperson of the Balochistan Commission on the Status of Women (BCSW) Kiran Baloch, while welcoming the inauguration of the Jinnah Peoples Train, has said that providing better travel facilities and modern and effective public services to the people is among the priorities of the Government of Balochistan.
In a statement, she said that Chief Minister of Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti is taking priority measures to provide basic facilities to the people, improve travel facilities, and ensure public welfare. The launch of the Jinnah Peoples Train is also an important step in this direction, which will provide travel convenience to citizens and help further improve connectivity between different regions.
Kiran Baloch said that improvement in public facilities is directly linked to economic and social development. An effective and accessible travel system not only creates ease for the public but also provides opportunities for safe and affordable travel for women, students, employees, and other citizens.
She expressed hope that the Government of Balochistan will continue public welfare projects in the same spirit and provide more facilities to the people of the province.
