Hayat Khan Achakzai Congratulates Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on His Birthday
QUETTA: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Balochistan leader Hayat Khan Achakzai has extended his heartfelt birthday greetings to PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, paying tribute to his political services and describing him as a symbol of hope for democracy in Pakistan.
In a statement issued on the occasion, Achakzai congratulated Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and said he was the true heir to the legacy of the party’s martyrs and a prominent voice for democracy in the country.
He said Bilawal had taken up the unfinished political mission of his grandfather, former prime minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, and his mother, former prime minister Benazir Bhutto, at a young age and had demonstrated his commitment to public-oriented politics.
Achakzai said that during his tenure as foreign minister, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari represented Pakistan internationally with wisdom and diplomacy, projecting a positive image of the country.
He described Bilawal as an important voice for the younger generation and said he had continued the political traditions of his grandfather and mother by advocating people’s rights and promoting reconciliation and democratic politics rather than hatred and division.
The PPP Balochistan leader further said Bilawal had also emerged as a strong advocate of the Constitution and Parliament, following in the political footsteps of his father, President Asif Ali Zardari.
Achakzai said Bilawal was a principled and patriotic leader for whom Pakistan’s dignity and constitutional supremacy were above personal or political interests.
On the occasion of Bilawal’s birthday, he reaffirmed that PPP workers in Balochistan stood alongside their chairman and would continue their struggle under his leadership to fulfill the party’s commitment to providing “bread, clothing and shelter” to poor and deserving people across the country.
