Balochistan Home Adviser Hails Security Forces’ Awaran Operation

QUETTA:Balochistan Home Adviser Babar Khan Yousafzai has praised the security forces for their successful operation against militants in Awaran, saying the action demonstrated their professional capabilities.
In a statement, Yousafzai said the killing of three militants in Awaran under **Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3** was the result of a timely and effective operation by the security forces.
He said the sacrifices of security personnel for maintaining peace in Balochistan were a matter of pride for the entire nation.
The adviser said security forces and law-enforcement agencies were continuing operations against terrorism with determination and perseverance. He added that the “nefarious designs” of militants would be thwarted on every front.
Yousafzai said state institutions were united and determined to take action against elements seeking to undermine peace and stability in Balochistan. He stressed that indiscriminate action against militants and their facilitators would continue.
He described the success of the Awaran operation as a reflection of the national resolve to combat terrorism.
The Balochistan Home Adviser said the people of the province had always supported state institutions in the fight against terrorism and would not allow elements opposed to peace to obstruct the province’s journey towards peace and development.
He added that the sacrifices of security personnel would not go to waste and efforts to establish lasting peace in Balochistan would continue.
“The entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with the security forces in the fight against terrorism,” Yousafzai said.
