Four Militants Killed, Large Cache of Weapons Recovered in Awaran Operation: Babar Yousafzai

QUETTA: Security forces have killed four militants and recovered a large quantity of weapons and military equipment during a successful operation in Awaran, according to Balochistan Home Affairs Adviser Babar Yousafzai.
Yousafzai said the operation was conducted against militant hideouts under Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3, based on confirmed intelligence reports.
According to the adviser, security forces first conducted aerial surveillance to monitor the movement of the militants before carrying out a precise operation using modern technology.
He said four militants were killed during the action, while a large quantity of weapons and military equipment was recovered from their hideouts.
Yousafzai praised the security forces for once again demonstrating their professional capabilities, saying the use of modern technology and intelligence was proving effective in the fight against terrorism.
“There is no place in Balochistan for those seeking to destroy peace,” he said, adding that the state would continue to track militants wherever they attempted to hide.
The adviser said operations against elements hostile to peace would continue without interruption until terrorism was completely eliminated.
He added that the Balochistan government and people stood firmly with the country’s security forces and that every conspiracy against peace and stability in the province would be foiled.
