Petrol, Diesel Prices Increased; New Rates Take Effect Tonight

ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has announced an increase in the prices of petroleum products, with the new rates taking effect from midnight tonight.

According to a notification issued by the Petroleum Division, the price of petrol has been increased by Rs0.39 per litre, while the price of high-speed diesel has gone up by Rs2.40 per litre.

Following the increase, petrol will now cost Rs341.98 per litre, while diesel will be available at Rs370.69 per litre.

The revised prices will come into effect at 12:00 midnight and will remain applicable until August 25.
