Senior Iranian Delegation Arrives in Islamabad for High-Level Talks

A high-level Iranian delegation has arrived in Islamabad to participate in important diplomatic talks, according to Pakistan’s Foreign Office spokesperson.
The delegation is led by Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, and includes Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.
Officials confirmed that the delegation was received by Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar. Also present at the استقبال were National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Chief of Army Staff Asim Munir, and Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi.
According to the Foreign Office, Ishaq Dar expressed hope that the discussions would proceed in a constructive manner. Pakistan also reiterated its commitment to facilitating dialogue aimed at achieving a sustainable and long-term resolution to ongoing regional issues.
The visit highlights Islamabad’s continued diplomatic engagement and its role in promoting dialogue and stability in the region.
