Death Toll Rises to Six After Wedding Party Rickshaw Falls into Canal in Kot Addu

KOT ADDU:The death toll has risen to six after a rickshaw carrying members of a wedding party fell into the Muzaffargarh Canal a day earlier.

According to Rescue officials, three more bodies were recovered from the canal, bringing the total number of fatalities to six. Women and children are among those who died in the accident.

Rescue authorities said an operation is underway to search for **nine missing children**, whose ages range from three to 14 years.

Officials said **11 people were rescued** following the accident.

Rescue teams are continuing their search operation in the canal to locate the missing children.
