TikToker Ali Hyderabadi Challenges Wife’s Medical Report, Seeks Formation of New Medical Board
Lahore: TikToker and YouTuber Ali Hyderabadi has challenged the medical report of his wife in the alleged domestic violence case against him, requesting the court to order a fresh and impartial medical examination.
According to reports, Ali Hyderabadi filed an application in the Lahore District Courts through his counsel, Rana Intizar Hussain, rejecting the findings of the medical report prepared for his wife.
In his petition, he claimed that the report’s assertion that his wife’s finger was fractured is false and contrary to the facts. He maintained that no fracture had occurred and urged the court to declare the previous medical report invalid and constitute a new medical board for an independent examination.
The controversy gained widespread attention after a social media video went viral in which Ali Hyderabadi was seen divorcing his wife, Zainab Ali, during a live session and stating that he did not wish to see her face again.
Following the incident, Zainab Ali shared a message showing her hand wrapped in bandages and alleged that she had been subjected to severe physical abuse and mental torture by her husband over the past three years. She subsequently approached the police for legal action and appealed to Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz for justice.
Ali Hyderabadi has consistently denied the allegations against him. In a separate video, he held the Holy Quran and described the accusations as baseless and part of a malicious conspiracy.
Fearing arrest, he later approached the Sessions Court and was granted interim bail with directions to join the investigation. As part of the ongoing legal proceedings, he has now formally challenged the authenticity of his wife’s medical report and sought the constitution of a new medical board to reassess the alleged injuries.
The case remains under legal consideration, and the court is expected to decide on the request for a fresh medical examination in due course.
