Stolen Motorcycle Spotted by Owner in Lahore, Thief Escapes Again – Video Surfaces

Lahore: In a dramatic turn of events, a stolen motorcycle was coincidentally spotted by its owner on a busy road in Lahore. Despite recognizing his bike and attempting to stop the thief, the suspect managed to escape once again. The entire incident was captured on video.
The incident raises serious questions about the effectiveness of Lahore’s Safe City surveillance system. The motorcycle, belonging to a young man named Fazal, was stolen on April 11 from Abbott Road. Just a day later, the thief was seen speeding through Canal Road near Doctors Hospital on the same stolen vehicle.
While passing through the area, Fazal happened to spot his motorcycle and attempted to confront the thief. During the chase, he repeatedly called the police emergency helpline 15 but received no response.
Despite his efforts, the thief managed to flee once again with the motorcycle. The lack of timely police intervention has sparked criticism and concern regarding law enforcement’s response and the utility of the city’s surveillance infrastructure.
