TikToker Ali Haider Abadi Accused of Divorcing Wife During Vlog; Wife Appeals for Protection
Lahore: A controversy has erupted on social media after Pakistani TikToker Ali Haider Abadi allegedly divorced his wife during the recording of a vlog and uploaded the video online, prompting his wife to publicly appeal for protection.
According to reports, a video circulating on social media appears to show Ali Haider Abadi pronouncing divorce during a vlog recording in the presence of others. The clip quickly went viral, drawing widespread criticism from social media users.
Following the incident, another video surfaced in which his wife, visibly distressed and in tears, appealed to Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz for help.
“I appeal to Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz to protect me from this man. My life is in danger,” she said in the video.
The woman further alleged that, in addition to divorcing her, Ali Haider Abadi threatened her with serious consequences. According to her claims, he told her that he had a large social media following and influential connections and allegedly threatened to have her killed.
