Pakistan’s Arslan Ash Wins Historic EWC 2026 Tekken 8 Title, Claims Record Eighth EVO Championship

Las Vegas:Pakistan’s legendary esports star Arslan Ash has once again brought global recognition to the country by winning the **Tekken 8** title at the **EVO 2026 Championship Series** in Las Vegas.
Competing at the **Las Vegas Convention Center**, the Lahore-born champion defeated South Korea’s Rangchu in a thrilling grand final to secure the championship.
With this victory, Arslan Ash became the **four-time consecutive EVO champion in Las Vegas** and increased his overall **EVO title count to eight**, the highest total achieved by any player in the tournament’s history.
EVO organizers also praised the Pakistani star in an official statement, describing his latest triumph as another historic milestone after claiming his eighth EVO title and fourth straight championship in Las Vegas.
Arslan Ash first rose to international prominence in **2019**, when he won the **Tekken 7** world championship in Japan. Since then, he has captured multiple major esports titles in the United States and Japan and has remained one of the world’s leading fighting game competitors.
He was also recognized as the **Esports Player of the Year** in 2019 and continues to be regarded as one of the greatest Tekken players in esports history.
