Trump Shares PM Shehbaz Sharif’s Statement on Social Media
Islamabad (Kudrat Daily) — Former U.S. President Donald Trump shared a statement of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on social media, highlighting remarks related to a proposed Iran–U.S. peace agreement.
According to details, Trump reposted the Pakistani Prime Minister’s comments regarding progress on diplomatic efforts aimed at finalizing a peace deal between Iran and the United States.
In his statement, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that Pakistan believes the parties are closer than ever to reaching a peace agreement, which is expected to be finalized within the next 24 hours.
He further said that Pakistan is preparing for the electronic signing of the agreement, while technical-level negotiations are scheduled to take place next week.
The Prime Minister expressed gratitude to the United States and Iran for their constructive engagement, as well as to friendly regional countries for their continued support and cooperation in the peace process.
