Bilawal Bhutto Reveals Support for Brazil, Invites Fans to Watch World Cup Matches in Lyari

KARACHI: Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, has revealed his support for the Brazilian national football team by appearing in a video message wearing Brazil’s iconic yellow jersey.

In the video shared on X, Bilawal Bhutto invited football enthusiasts to watch FIFA World Cup matches at the Lyari International Stadium, where a giant screen has been installed for public viewing.

Speaking in the video, Bilawal said the start of the Football World Cup was an exciting occasion and described the initiative as a gift from the Pakistan Peoples Party to the people of Karachi. He noted that a large screen had been set up at the stadium to allow fans to enjoy the matches together.

“I invite everyone to come to Lyari Stadium and enjoy the matches on the big screen,” he said.

According to Bilawal, all Football World Cup matches will be broadcast on the giant screen installed at the stadium, providing football fans with a communal viewing experience in one of Pakistan’s most football-loving communities.

Lyari has long been regarded as the heart of football in Pakistan, and the initiative is expected to attract large crowds of supporters throughout the tournament.
