National Party Aims to Unite All Ethnic Communities on Democratic Platform, Says Dr Abdul Malik Baloch

QUETTA: President of the National Party Dr Abdul Malik Baloch has said that the party is striving to unite all ethnic communities on a democratic platform to ensure protection of public rights in Balochistan.
He expressed these views while addressing a reception ceremony organized by Dr Ramzan Hazara and party workers in Hazara Town, Quetta.
Earlier, party workers led by Dr Ramzan Hazara welcomed National Party leaders on Brewery Road with motorcycles and party flags before proceeding in a rally to the party office.
Addressing the gathering, Dr Abdul Malik Baloch said the National Party is historically the political and ideological continuation of the former National Awami Party (NAP) and has now emerged as a representative political force for all communities and the middle class in Balochistan.
He praised the political role of the Hazara community and said the party’s objective is to bring all nationalities together under a democratic framework for collective struggle and protection of democratic rights.
Dr Abdul Malik Baloch also alleged that the party’s public mandate was “stolen” during previous elections, adding that no one would be allowed to undermine the people’s right to vote in the future.
He urged party workers to strengthen democratic struggle and political awareness to ensure genuine representation through leaders such as Dr Ramzan Hazara.
Senior party leaders including Haji Saleh Muhammad Baloch, Phaleen Baloch, Ali Ahmed Lango, and Changez Hayee Baloch were also present at the event, which was attended by a large number of male and female workers.
