Woman Lawyer Demands Strict Punishment for ‘Cocaine Queen’ Anmol Pinky Ahead of Court Appearance

Karachi: A woman lawyer became emotional at the City Court ahead of the expected appearance of alleged drug suspect Anmol alias Pinky, demanding the harshest possible punishment against her.

Advocate Sher Bano said that “Pinky is destroying our generations” and insisted that the accused should not be released under any circumstances.

She urged the authorities to ensure strict legal action and maximum punishment against the suspect.

Meanwhile, police sources said that Anmol alias Pinky would not be produced before the court today. Sources added that the physical remand granted by the sessions court will expire at midnight, after which the accused will be presented before the court on May 16.

Acting Prosecutor General Sindh Muntazir Mehdi stated that the physical remand of the accused has not yet been completed and she will be presented once the remand period ends.

He further said that the prosecution would seek an extension in the physical remand and that a special team of prosecutors has been formed to pursue the cases against the accused on a priority basis.
