India’s ‘Terrorism Narrative’ Has Collapsed After Operation Haq, Says ISPR

Rawalpindi: Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said on Wednesday that India’s narrative linking Pakistan to terrorism has “collapsed permanently” following what he described as Pakistan’s success in “Operation Haq.”
Addressing a press conference in Rawalpindi on the completion of one year of the operation, the military spokesperson said India had made extensive efforts to convince the world that Pakistan was behind terrorism, but those claims failed after its defeat during the conflict.
“India’s terrorism drama has been buried forever and no one believes it anymore,” he said, adding that India had failed to present credible evidence regarding the Pahalgam incident even after one year.
The DG ISPR stated that Pakistan had offered transparent and impartial investigations from the beginning, while India chose what he described as allegations and propaganda.
He said Pakistan’s armed forces fulfilled the expectations of the nation during “Operation Haq,” and claimed that India faced setbacks on multiple fronts. He also praised the Pakistan Air Force for demonstrating its combat preparedness and capabilities internationally.
Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry further stated that Pakistan’s armed forces remain fully aware of changing geopolitical realities in the region and are continuously investing in modern technology and professional expertise.
The military spokesperson accused India of contributing to regional instability and supporting terrorism, while asserting that Pakistan and its leadership continue to promote peace and stability in the region.
He added that Pakistan acted responsibly during the conflict and maintained regional peace despite tensions.
