Oil Producers Agree Output Adjustment After UAE Exit from OPEC

Oil-producing nations have agreed to adjust production by 188,000 barrels per day following the exit of the United Arab Emirates from OPEC, according to official statements.
OPEC said that seven member countries—Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria, and Oman—have decided on the production adjustment.
The changes are set to take effect from June 2026, with participating countries reaffirming their commitment to maintaining stability in global oil markets.
The development comes shortly after the UAE announced its departure from OPEC, ending nearly 59 years of membership in the oil producers’ group.
