Trump Expresses Dissatisfaction Over Iran’s New Proposals via Pakistan

Washington: Donald Trump has expressed dissatisfaction with new Iranian proposals conveyed through Pakistan aimed at achieving a ceasefire.

Speaking to the media, Trump said that communication with Iran is ongoing via phone calls. He noted that while Iran wants a deal, progress remains stalled as Tehran is making demands that are “unacceptable.”

Trump added that he is unhappy with the current situation involving Iran and reiterated that he does not want Iran to possess nuclear weapons.

The former president also described Iran’s leadership as “confused,” claiming there is a lack of unity among its ranks. “Different leaders are saying different things, and it’s unclear who is actually in charge,” he remarked. However, he did not specify which aspects of the new Iranian proposals were unacceptable.

Trump also reiterated his respect for Pakistan, stating that he holds the country’s prime minister and military leadership in high regard.
