Unverified Claims Circulate About Trump Warning Iran Amid Alleged Islamabad Talks

Reports circulating on social media and some online platforms claim that former U.S. President Donald Trump warned of intensified military action against Iran if upcoming negotiations fail. According to these unverified reports, talks between U.S. and Iranian officials were expected to take place in Islamabad, with outcomes anticipated within 24 hours.
The reports further allege that the U.S. delegation would include JD Vance, Steve Witkoff, and Jared Kushner, while Iran would be represented by Abbas Araghchi and Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf.
However, there has been no official confirmation from U.S., Iranian, or Pakistani authorities regarding such high-level talks in Islamabad. Major international news organizations, including BBC News, CNN, and Reuters, have not reported on any such development.
Analysts note that any direct negotiations between the United States and Iran—particularly involving senior political figures—would represent a significant diplomatic event and would likely be widely covered by credible global media outlets.
Given the absence of verification, experts urge caution and recommend relying on confirmed reports from trusted sources before drawing conclusions about the situation.
