Hajj 2026: First Flight from Pakistan to Depart on April 18

Riyadh: Pakistan’s Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Muhammad Yousaf has announced that the first Hajj flight from Pakistan will depart for Saudi Arabia on April 18, marking the beginning of Hajj 2026 operations.
Upon his arrival in Riyadh, the minister was warmly received by officials of Pakistan Muslim League (N).
Speaking on the occasion, Sardar Muhammad Yousaf stated that arrangements for pilgrims have been further improved this year, particularly in accommodation, food, and transportation facilities. He noted that these enhancements were made possible with the cooperation of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
He also announced that, for the first time, more than 25,000 Pakistani pilgrims will be able to travel between Mecca and Medina using the Haramain High Speed Railway, offering a faster and more comfortable journey.
The minister expressed confidence that the improved arrangements will ensure a smoother and more convenient Hajj experience for Pakistani pilgrims this year.
