Sindh Government Activates Public Complaint Cell to Address Citizens’ Grievances

Karachi: The Sindh government has taken a significant step to address public grievances by activating a Public Complaint Cell at the Chief Minister Secretariat in Karachi.
The cell will operate from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing citizens to directly report their issues to government representatives. A daily roster has been prepared to ensure that ministers, advisors, spokespersons, and other key officials are available to provide immediate relief.
Officials scheduled for duty on different days include Senior Provincial Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon, Minister for Local Government Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, Saeed Ghani, and Dr. Azra Fazal Pechuho. In addition, the Mayor of Karachi and other important officials and spokespersons will also attend the cell.
The Sindh government has introduced this open-door system and a monitoring mechanism to ensure timely resolution of public complaints, aiming for prompt redressal of citizens’ issues.
