UAE President Receives Warm Salute from Pakistan’s Field Marshal During Official Visit
**Islamabad (Qudrat News):** UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received a warm and ceremonial welcome upon his arrival in Pakistan for his first official visit. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir personally greeted the visiting dignitary at Nur Khan Airbase.
The UAE President was accorded a traditional gun salute and a Guard of Honour. In a symbolic gesture of mutual respect, Field Marshal Asim Munir saluted Sheikh Mohammed, who responded with equal warmth.
Earlier, as soon as the UAE presidential aircraft entered Pakistani airspace, Pakistan Air Force fighter jets escorted it, providing a formal aerial salute. High-ranking officials, including Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and federal ministers, were present to welcome the visiting head of state.
The visit underscores the strong diplomatic and defense ties between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates.
