Balochistan Health Minister Bakht Muhammad Kakr Calls for Unity and Progress on Pakistan Day

Quetta: Provincial Health Minister of Pakistan Peoples Party, Bakht Muhammad Kakr, said that March 23 is a day to renew the pledge of working together for the development, prosperity, and dignity of Pakistan.
In a statement released on Pakistan Day, Kakr paid tribute to the sacrifices of the country’s forefathers, saying that their efforts laid the foundation for a sovereign, democratic, and respected nation. He added, “Pakistan is the homeland of a great nation and may it always remain prosperous and shining.”
Kakr highlighted that under the visionary leadership of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Pakistan’s creation brought a message of peace, brotherhood, and harmony to the region. He called the Lahore Resolution a historic milestone that provided a unified path for Muslims of the subcontinent, ultimately resulting in the establishment of a democratic and welfare-oriented state.
He also emphasized the role of the people of Balochistan, who, with patriotism and dedication, continue to contribute to Pakistan’s development and safeguard its security, even confronting threats from India and its proxies. He described their sacrifices as unforgettable.
Kakr concluded by saying that Pakistan Day serves as a reminder of the priceless sacrifices made for the nation and reinforced the hope that the country will remain “everlasting, prosperous, and shining.”
