Millions Participate in Prayers on 27th Night of Ramadan at Haramain Sharifain

Lahore: On the 27th night of the last ten days of Ramadan, millions of worshippers gathered at the Masjid al-Haram and Masjid al-Nabawi to offer Taraweeh, Tahajjud, and special supplications, creating spiritually uplifting scenes.

Large numbers of Saudi citizens, residents, and international pilgrims were already present at both holy mosques. All floors, corridors, basements, rooftops, surrounding streets, commercial areas, and hotel passages were filled with worshippers.

The Haramain Sharifain Affairs Authority made exemplary arrangements to facilitate pilgrims during this significant night. Additional staff, scouts, and volunteers were deployed to manage the flow of worshippers efficiently.

For the first time this year, a special Ground Unit was introduced and operated through the Pilgrims Service Center. Digital devices were provided to teams to enable real-time translation and assistance for visitors from various countries.

The Ground Units were stationed inside Masjid al-Haram, in the external courtyards, and on rooftops to ensure timely service for the maximum number of pilgrims. Digital screens were installed at multiple locations to provide instant updates on conditions within the Mataf area and the mosque’s interior.

Officials said these measures were designed to ensure a smooth, safe, and spiritually fulfilling experience for all worshippers visiting the holy sites during the last ten nights of Ramadan.
